1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Ticket Purchase

All ticket prices are displayed in Mexican Pesos (MXN)
Prices include applicable taxes and fees
Tickets are valid only for the selected date and location
E-tickets will be sent to your registered email address

3. Entry Requirements

To gain entry to the park, you must:

Present a valid e-ticket (digital or printed)
Present valid identification if requested
Arrive during operating hours
Comply with all KidZania rules and regulations

4. Ticket Types & Age Categories

Child: 2 to 17 years
Adult: 18 years and above
Baby: Under 2 years

Age verification may be required at entry. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur fees
In case of closure due to emergency, alternative arrangements will be made
No-shows will not be refunded

6. Safety & Security

All children receive a security bracelet at entry
Children cannot leave without their registered adult
Adults must be accompanied by a child to enter
KidZania reserves the right to deny entry

7. KidZania Rules

Visitors must adhere to all rules including:

No outside food or beverages
Follow all staff instructions
Respect other visitors and staff
No running in common areas

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

Personal injury except where caused by our negligence
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Changes to activities or schedules
Issues arising from incorrect information provided during booking

9. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We use SSL encryption to protect your financial information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City.
